These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "You") and 2kbet ("the Company," "We," "Us," "Our") governing your use of the 2kbet website, mobile platform, and all associated services accessible at 2kbet.bio and its subdomains.

2kbet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Providing false information regarding eligibility is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

One Account Policy: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) 2kbet account. The following general betting rules apply across all 2kbet products:

• 2kbet reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by technical errors, data feed failures, obvious pricing errors, or events rendered void by the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the official result as determined by 2kbet's data provider or the relevant sporting authority shall be final and binding.
